    THEY HAVE THE NICEST STAFF HERE  
    This was my very first time at Dutch Bros and the girls walking the drive through were so sweet and happy even at 7:30am lol. I'll be in the area for a week and will definitely be back! 10/10!!!
    (Just found out The women's name who helped me was Taylor, seriously so sweet!)

    5 people,who could tell,behind counter. Went through drive thru. Took 15 minutes. Asked me three times the size I ordered! Really?! You had to order when u got up to window,wasted a gallon of gas,  guessing, some machine was broke so had to make with blender had to get someone 'special ' to make it cause I over heard the girl say she didn't 'know how'. Triple something and two  pupp-Accinos.
    Update 7/5/19
    Got all issues resolved. Replacement beverage,sticker
    $10 gift card. Best part,I felt heard,and cared about. 5stars for that alone.

    First timer here. Great place. The staff was nice enough to give us a free drink! Sweet Deal!

    However, the beverages here are pretty damn sweet.

    I haven't been here in years! My first time back in a while and I took my boyfriend here as his first time. They of course have changed the menu since then but the original drinks we all know and love are still here. I ordered the iced kicker and annihilator together because I love a little bit of sweet and taste of coffee together. The coffee isn't too strong due to the milk. My boyfriend took the barista's suggestion and got a white chocolate cookie and had his blended. His tasted not too sweet and deliciously creamy. Shout out to the awesome girl for hooking us up with the drinks! Can't wait to start coming more often :)

    You can count on me to find any nearby Dutch Bros and make a pit stop at them! We were enjoying downtown Napa early in the day and zipped on over before heading home. Sadly I think this was the worst service I have ever received at a Dutch Bros. The girl taking our order was all over the place. The the assistant manager came in the parking lot honking at her. Then he backed out of his spot inching towards her and mind you our car. Very unsafe and could have hit our car! He got very close. Like squeeze between the space close. Then she jumped on the back and he parked. She didn't say ok pull forward or thanks for your order. Just left. Weird and dangerous overall situation. Luckily our drinks were made correctly and the girl at the window was very friendly and nice. Maybe they should give her the assistant manager job because she was wayyy more professional.
